REVISED: 3/24: It has come to our attention that Hopalong Andrew has been experiencing Covid-like symptoms since 3/21. According to his Instagram posts, he is self-quarantining and is kindly updating his audience on how the virus has been affecting him, and his current condition. Please send your love and encouragement, but do not bombard him with questions as he is trying to get well and will post as his health permits. As always feel free to upload his past shows on Facebook and YouTube.
If you haven’t been to one of Hopalong Andrew’s live shows, don’t fret! The Urban Cowboy is now live-streaming his shows for all his fans! Andrew describes his music classes as “a campy, retro-tinged, 1-man variety show… Think Mr. Rogers meets Bob Ross meets Pee Wee’s Playhouse.” Having played in venues like the New York and Brooklyn Public Libraries, Bryant Park, Union Square Park, Brooklyn Bridge Park, Whole Foods, City Point Brooklyn, and various fairs and festivals, Andrew is a sight to be seen and the kids LOVE him!
