There are two types of weather that I dread the most – bitter cold and sweltering heat. When extreme temperatures hit and outdoor playtime options are limited, indoor classes are much appreciated. Drawing from her previous experiences as a nanny, Alex started her class with the growth and development of children in mind. Her classes feature twists on classic songs like the “itsy bitsy spider”, and children and caregivers alike are constantly engaged with music, instruments, movement, class participation by contributing to songs being sung, and a parachute game that wins over all the kids every time!
